Centerline was founded in 2009 by father and son duo, Yuan Lu and Raymond Lu. Specializing in high-end residential projects, from simple kitchen remodeling to full gut renovations, the family owned and led firm operates in: New York City, Westchester County, New Jersey, Long Island and The Hamptons.With Yuan’s 30-year experience in development and renovation in his native Taiwan, he sets high standards, emphasizing attention to detail and flawless execution. It is this driving force that carried over to Centerline’s skilled group of craftsmen and trusted circle of talented subcontractors.Over the past 10+ years Centerline has completed over 60 exceptional projects for some of the world’s most discernable clients, designers, and architects.
